At Indestructible Maps, we are committed to providing high-quality, durable, and reliable maps for all your outdoor adventures. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if something isn't quite right, our return and exchange policy is designed to ensure a smooth process.

1. Returns

We want you to love your new map! If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund, subject to the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: The map must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid order number or proof of purchase (receipt, email confirmation, etc.).

Please note: Custom or personalized maps (e.g., maps with specific customizations) are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Exchanges

If you received a damaged or incorrect map, we will be happy to exchange it for the correct item. Please follow these steps to initiate an exchange:

  • Provide your order number and a description of the issue (e.g., wrong map, damage, etc.).
  • We will assist you in arranging the return and exchange.

3. Damaged or Defective Maps

We take great care in packaging and shipping your maps, but if you receive a map that is damaged or defective:

  • Please contact us immediately at info@indestuctiblemaps.com with a photo of the damaged item and your order number.
  • We will offer a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
  • If the damage is due to shipping, we’ll handle the claims process with the carrier.

4. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these simple steps:

  2. Return Authorization: We’ll provide you with return instructions and, if necessary, a return authorization number.

Shipping Costs:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom or personalized maps unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping error.
  • If your map has been damaged through misuse, exposure to extreme conditions, or other preventable issues, it will not be eligible for a return or refund.
